2. Data Collection and Usage Malafrena Explained is designed to be a secure, offline study tool.
No Personal Data Collected: We do not collect, store, process, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email address, location, or browsing history.
Local Storage Only: All data generated within the App鈥攊ncluding your language preferences, draft essays in the Simulator's Scratchpad, and interface settings鈥攊s saved locally on your device using Apple's native storage solutions (e.g., UserDefaults/AppStorage). We do not have access to this data.
Offline Functionality: The App's core database (characters, places, chapters) is pre-packaged within the App itself. It does not require an internet connection to function and does not communicate with external servers.
3. Third-Party Services and Analytics We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs.
Please note that Apple may collect basic, anonymous crash reports and usage metrics if you have explicitly opted-in to share analytics with developers through your iOS device settings. This data is aggregated by Apple and provided to us purely to help identify bugs and improve app stability. It contains no personal information.
4. Children鈥檚 Privacy Because our App does not collect any personal data, it is completely safe for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13, and is in full compliance with the Children鈥檚 Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
